2010年入职以来一直奋战在《无机化学》、《无机化学实验》教学第一线,也承担了研究生《元素化学》、《合成化学》、《配位化学》等课程。主持负责省一流课程《无机化学》。完整担任11级化学本科班主任四年,该班获2013年度校级优秀班级集体。现正担任2023化学公费师范)班主任。多次担任教师资格面试官。至今指导硕士研究生13名,其中一名硕士生获2018年度省优秀硕士论文,两人次获省政府奖学金。以第三完成人获2016年度校级研究生教学成果一等奖。
